Every week between 5 - 7.30 you can tweet @TheoPaphitis and include #sbs with a link to your business and he picks his fav 6 and retweets them. If you have not done it yet, have a go this sunday. It gets you lots of new followers and new people to look at your blog/shop/facebook etc.
